My flagship team building activity is the Haka, inspired by the famous Ka mate Ka mate practiced by the New Zealand rugby team, the All Blacks.
This experience of team cohesion is both engaging, fun, energizing and motivating.
Following a brief introduction, participants are shown exercises to help them learn the words and actions of the Haka before finishing by performing an authentic Haka from A to Z !
It's a captivating blast of energy from start to finish, with the power, noise and energy that sends shivers down ones spine!
